SPANISH LANGUAGE FACTS
Spanish language with over 350 million of native speakers is the third most spoken language in the world only after Chinese Mandarin and English, and the most spoken among the Romance languages. Spanish enjoys official status in at least 21 countries including Mexico, Spain, Peru, Argentina, Honduras, Colombia, Venezuela, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Paraguay, Uruguay and Bolivia. Due to the large number of immigrants, Spanish is expected to be the first language of 50% of the population of the United States within 50 years. Spanish is one of the world's most phonetic languages; this means that you can almost always know how it is pronounced making Spanish one of the easier language to learn.
